Allan Cormack Joiners were formed in 1982 by Allan Cormack and his wife Heather. With one year in business he then started to employ joiners. With 23 years in business and 41 years experience in the building trade, Allan has gained valuable experience which is used to help maintain a high standard of workmanship and attention to detail throughout the company, with customer satisfaction our goal.

At ACJ no job is too small or large, whether it is a new door or a complete house build, we take the same care to ensure you the customer are completely satisfied. Throughout the years we have built up a good reputation and client base, with ongoing work with the Moray Council, Care and Repair, and local estate work.

We have built many new houses, all individual and to the clients specifications, ensuring that they finish up with the house that meets all their requirements. We also carry out work for the motor trade including car showrooms, workshops and garages, alterations to shops including complete shop fitting and alterations to houses, loft conversions and new kitchens.

In addition to joinery and building work, in 1992 ACJ became an approved glass fibre roofing systems contractor, which in our opinion is one of the best ways of finishing a new flat roof, with the benefit of a 25 year guarantee. This allows us to renew and maintain all types of flat roofing contracts.
