This was part of a flat refurnbishment which required the demolotion of the existing balcony and the creation of new decking, handrails and wooden spindles. A new doorway to the flat was also made.

Below: Large 2 storey extension with the addition of a pyramid roof to an existing bunglaow. Works included a steel frame for the extension with timber frame infills, new oak windows and hardwood cladding to cover the entire house. All new concrete floors, underfloor heating and new paritions throughout.
